Rule 6-401-3.3 - CABIN RESERVATIONS & DEPOSITS(a) On holiday reservations require a one night deposit. Reservations for Holidays-National Memorial Day, Independence Day July 4th, and Labor Day require a two night deposit.(b) Rental Agreement and Refundable Security Deposit is required on rental of cabins. The Log Cabin security deposit is $50.00. The Family Cabin security deposit is $100.00.(c) Security Deposit is due at time of Check In and will be refunded after satisfactory Check Out inspection.Miss. Code Ann. § 51-11-19.
