Rule 6-3-5.5 - Notice of Intent to Issue RFQ

Pursuant to MS Code 31-7-14, each public entity shall notify the Division in writing in advance of its intention to issue a Request for Proposals or a Request for Qualifications for an energy services contract, guaranteed energy savings performance contract, or shared savings contract.

A. Through this RFQ the State of Mississippi will establish a pool of ESPs qualified by the Mississippi Development Authority-Energy & Natural Resource Division (hereafter referred to as the Division) to contract with requesting public entities for energy savings projects.
