Submit a copy of your firm's audited financial statements for the past three fiscal years which includes your company's most recent balance sheet, income statements and statement of cash flows. The financial statements should be audited by an independent party to ensure that representations made by management were prepared in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles. B. Please provide the name, address, and the telephone number of the firm(s) that prepared the Financial Statements. C. Please enclose banking references including financial institution, address, contact person, telephone number, and specific information on your firm's credit that may be used to fund construction for large-scale projects. D. Please enclose bonding references including company name, address, contact person, telephone number and information and your firm's maximum bonding capability. E.
