Control of all attendees of the Hearing shall be vested in the discretion of Commissioner and may be restricted as needed to maintain order, while recognizing the need for transparency. The Commissioner shall further have discretion to limit the number of individuals attending on behalf of the same entity. The Commissioner may also take any necessary actions to prevent the unlawful disclosure of personal identifiers, confidential or proprietary information, or any other information that, if otherwise made available for public consumption could cause harm or injury.
