Rule 40-2-4.5 - REGULATIONS AFFECTING THE SPRINGDALE WMA Public Notice 3092.001 is hereby amended.
A. The following rules and regulations relative to the Springdale Wildlife Management Area are adopted.B. Be it ordered that the Code of Federal Regulations 327 that applies to the area with specific restrictions under the posted restrictions section added as follows: 1. No vehicular access except maintenance and law enforcement personnel.2. Special managed hunts allowed upon recommendation of Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks.3. No firearms or projectile firing devices of any kind except those carried by law enforcement personnel and those permitted during special managed hunts.4. Fishing allowed by means of foot traffic only.Miss. Code Ann. §§ 49-1-29, 49-4-4, 49-5-13, and 49-5-23.
