BE IT ORDERED, that the property owned by the MDWFP known as "McHenry," located in Stone County, is hereby declared a wildlife management project or refuge to be managed as a Wildlife Management Area, under the authority of Miss. Code Ann. Section 49-5-13 and shall be open for shooting range operations only. It shall remain closed to hunting, fishing, and trapping.
