Beginning with the effective date of this rule, Total Value of Distributed Generation shall be equal to the Avoided Cost of Wholesale Power plus the Distributed Generation Value. Further, the Distributed Generation Value shall be equal to 2.5 cents/kWh, unless and until modified upward or downward based on Mississippi-specific data, by separate Order of the Commission, and after full notice and hearing. Within sixty (60) days of the effective date of this rule, each EU shall file with the Commission revised net generation tariffs consistent with the provisions of this revised rule for consideration and approval by the Commission.
