This MDGR sets forth the Net Generation requirements that apply to EUs that have customers who self-generate electricity with Renewable Energy on the customer's side of the EU's meter that wish to Net Generate, as indicated by the customer on the Standard Application. These customers are referred to as DGICs in this rule.
