100. CUBIC FOOT 1. Laboratory Testing. For the testing required by these rules, one cubic foot of gas shall be taken to the amount of gas which occupies a volume of one cubic foot when saturated with water vapor and at 60 degrees Fahrenheit and under pressure of thirty inches of mercury.2.
