100. The company will provide extended area service between closely situated exchanges or central offices when it is the desire of a majority of the customers or subscribers of the exchange or central office affected and, when it is feasible for the company to do so, rates and conditions pertaining to extended area service shall be subject to the approval of the Commission. Where exchanges in which extended area service is provided are owned by different companies, an equitable distribution of the telephone revenue shall be worked out between the companies involved.
