Rule 37-401-4.3 - Using Board Orders as Precedent

The written final Order can't be used as precedent to the detriment of any person by the Board until it has been made available for public inspection, indexed by name and subject.

A. This is inapplicable to any person who has actual timely knowledge of the Order.

B. The burden of proof is on the Board.
