Mississippi Department of Transportation Procurement Division will follow written guidelines regarding the procurement of information technology hardware, software and services as set forth in the most current version of the Mississippi Department of Information Technology Services Procurement Manual, as amended and the most current version of Title 31, Chapter 7, Mississippi Code of 1972, as amended.
