The Mississippi Department of Transportation Procurement Division will follow guidelines regarding the modification or termination of a commodities contract in accordance with the most current version of the Mississippi Procurement Manual, Section 5.101 as amended, and as mandated by the most current version of section 31-7-1 et. seq. of the Mississippi Code of 1972 as amended.
