The Mississippi Department of Transportation Procurement Division will follow guidelines regarding the cancellation of invitations for bids or requests for proposals in accordance with the most current version of the Mississippi Procurement Manual, Section 3.301 as amended, and as mandated by the most current version of section 31-7-1 et. seq. of the Mississippi Code of 1972 as amended.
