Mississippi Department of Transportation Procurement Division will follow guidelines for printing, binding, engraving and lithographing as set forth from the most current version of the Mississippi Procurement Manual Section 2.103.06 as amended and the most current version of Section 31-7-13 and 31-7-15, Mississippi Code of 1972, as amended.
