The Mississippi Department of Transportation Procurement Division will follow guidelines for purchasing from established contracts; open-market purchases; rental; lease, and lease-purchase of equipment and furniture; and printing, binding, engraving and lithographing as set forth by the most current version of the Mississippi Procurement Manual, section 2.103.01 through 2.103.06 as amended and as mandated by the most current version of section 31-7-1 et. seq. of the Mississippi Code of 1972 as amended.
