The Mississippi Department of Transportation Asset Management Division establishes guidelines regarding the writing of specifications and the types of specifications to be used as set forth in the most current version of the State of Mississippi, Department of Finance and Administration (DFA), Office of Purchasing and Travel Procurement Manual, Sections 4.101 through 4.206, as amended and Title 31, Chapter 7, Mississippi Code of 1972, as amended.
