The Mississippi Department of Transportation (MDOT) provides the Inmate Litter Removal Program to county and city governments interested in partnering with MDOT to remove litter from the State's rights-of-way in the participating county or city. This rule explains the process of how to obtain a Memorandum of Understanding with the Mississippi Transportation Commission in order to participate in the program.
