Upon approval of the projects by the Ports Multi-Modal Committee, the projects will be presented to the Mississippi Transportation Commission for their approval. After Commission approval, the Ports & Waterways Division will issue a Multi-Modal Port Grant Agreement for acceptance by the respective port owners obligating funds for the project and establishing the terms and conditions for accomplishing the project.
