Section 65-1-179 of the Mississippi Code of 1972 requires the Mississippi Department of Transportation to promulgate rules and regulations in accordance with the Mississippi Administrative Procedures Law, necessary to implement the requirements of the Act with respect to the Emergency Road and Bridge Repair Fund (ERBRF).
