Contracts for professional services shall be advertised, selected, retained, negotiated and otherwiase administered, according to MDOT standard Operating Procedures for the Consulting Services Unit of MDOT, and shall be subject to the final negotiated terms of the contracts entered into between the Mississippi Transportation Commission and the contracting parties providing professional services.
