Section 37-1-7601-00800-1000

MDOT or MDOT's Contractor's Representative will furnish the business with a permit application and the "Guide and Specifications for Logo Design and Fabrication". The Representative's responsibilities will include the following:

1. Thoroughly explain the program to the applicant.

2. Advise the applicant what information must be submitted to the Representative.

3. Advise the applicant not to have his business signs fabricated until the applicant receives an approved permit application.
