Annual Fees, Installation Fees, Quarterly Reporting, Annual Reporting, Termination Agreement, Appeals, Books and Records, Applicable Laws, Annual Payments to the Department, Ownership of the Specific Service Sign Program at Expiration of Termination of the Contract Assignment, Supplemental Agreements and Remedies, Indemnity and Insurance, Surety Performance Bonds, Responsibility of MDOT, Authorization, Conflict of Interest, Entire Agreement, Covenant Against Contingent Fees and Lobbying, and Employment of Commission's Personnel shall be in accordance with the current contract for the Administration of Mississippi Logo Sign Program.
