The State Traffic Engineer will prepare the "Commission Order for Speed Zoning Highways" based on engineering studies. Upon approval by the Commission, one copy will be retained in the Traffic Engineering Division files and one copy will be sent to the appropriate District for their use in making the necessary changes.
