Pursuant to the authority granted in Section 65-1-8.2 of the Mississippi Code, the Mississippi Transportation Commission declares it to be its policy to allow the erection of signs displaying the name and emblem of the member institutions of the Mississippi Association of Independent Colleges and Universities in accordance with Standard Operating procedure TED-04-01-01-000 adopted herewith.
