Section 37-1-7601-00200-300 - Normal Installations1. A normal traffic control signal installation includes installations other than those covered in Sections 301 and 302 below.2. An approved traffic control signal required at an access to a private business will be the fiscal responsibility of the business for all costs involving design, equipment, installation, and electric current.3.
