Upon approval of the move by the District, the District Permit Officer will enter the information from the HOUSE MOVE INFORMATION FORM (MND-210) into the State Permit computer system. The State Permit Division will review the house move application, verify insurance coverage, verify payment, and issue the permit for the move. The permit shall be valid for fourteen days.
