Section 37-1-7501-09014-203

The State Maintenance Engineer sends the waiver and all associated support documents to the Executive Director by memorandum for review and approval who then sends it to the Secretary to the Commission for acknowledgement. The Secretary to the Commission will forward the executed waiver and warranty deeds to the State Maintenance Engineer.
