The Legislature of the State of Mississippi, pursuant to Sections 55-13-33 through 55-1345, Mississippi Code of 1972, as amended, has given the Commission the authority to make and promulgate rules and regulations necessary for controlling advertising adjacent to the Natchez Trace Parkway.
