All persons, partnerships, corporations, or other business entities erecting and or maintaining permitted outdoor advertising devices under these regulations shall be required, as of January 1, 1968, to provide the Commission with a bond in an amount not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) to insure the faithful compliance with the rules and regulations. Form MND-810, Bond for Outdoor Advertising Business, shall be used.
