No roadside park, safety rest area, or welcome center shall be used for commercial ventures except for providing specific information to the traveling public on motorists services, places of interest, or other such information as approved by the Mississippi Development Authority, Division of Tourism, and/or the Mississippi Department of Transportation in accordance with 23 CFR 752.
