No person, firm or corporation shall remove, change, damage or otherwise interfere with any signs, markers, posts, curbs, gutter or other structures or things, including any sign, marker, curb, post or other structure or thing placed therein for the purpose of confining traffic and use of said highway to that portion thereof set apart for that purpose, which have been placed on or in any state highway right of way by the Commission or its agents.
