The Municipality will make application to the Commission on Form MND-010 to accept said street when constructed to the agreed criteria, said application to be accompanied by survey and plans of said street improved or to be improved, and said application is to contain a provision stipulating whether the Municipality or the Commission is to prepare the necessary detailed plans and specifications for the improvement of the street in accordance with the applicable design and construction criteria.
