New street or road connections to existing highways will be constructed in accordance with the approved permit application and at the expense of the applicant, except as provided in Rule 37.I.7501.03002, Construction and Maintenance of Driveway, County Road and Municipal Street Connections to State Highways. Temporary median openings, additional median openings and left turn bays must be approved and be provided in accordance with Section 501.7 & 501.8 of this Rule.
