Street and road connections are special cases which necessarily must be treated on an individual basis. Many of the regulations applying to driveway connections would also apply to street and road connections. Street and road connections have a much greater traffic potential and must be constructed at right angles to the roadway. Difficult situations should be referred to the State Maintenance Engineer for consultation with the Roadway Design Division Engineer and the State Traffic Engineer.
