Graded areas and areas in which the sod has been destroyed during construction shall be solid sodded, sprig sodded or seeded, fertilized and watered as necessary to promptly reestablish an acceptable vegetative cover. Seeding is to be done with approved seed and in season only. Proper ground preparation is required prior to re-sodding or seeding.
