All Performance Bonds, Form MND-603, and the permit application must be submitted to the District Engineer for review. Upon finding all documents in order, the District Engineer will follow the processing procedure for the Performance Bond as outlined in Rule 37.1.7501.04009, Instructions for Processing Form MND-603, Performance Bond.
