Any encroachment permit involving work on the roadway or on the roadside may be required to be secured by a properly executed Performance Bond, Form MND-603, certified check or cashier's check. The amount of bond for each permit will be based upon the estimated cost to repair such damage as may occur from the proposed work and/or the failure of the applicant to complete the work shown on the permit in accordance with the terms and conditions of the permit. The amount of bond required will be determined by the District Engineer.
