The Contract Administration Division's involvement in LPA Projects is as noted in the Project Development Manual for Local Public Agencies (as amended). All applicable entities shall adhere to and comply with the Project Development Manual for Local Public Agencies (as amended) in relation to Local Public Agency Projects.
