All materials, the manufacturing process, and the finished units shall be subject to have free entry on the premises of a Producer, Supplier, and/or Broker of an applicable material for the purpose of inspection, sampling, and designation of material approval. The Inspector shall be furnished with the necessary equipment and labor to assist in the performance of testing and inspection of material(s). Calibration of all applicable testing equipment shall be completed at the minimum required intervals outlined by the equipment manufacturer, or as deemed necessary by the State Materials Engineer and set forth in the Mississippi Department of Transportation Materials Division Inspection, Testing, and Certification Manual.
