The Mississippi Department of Transportation Office of Enforcement is authorized to enforce the Motor Carrier Safety Regulations ( 49 CFR parts 40, 325, 350, § 355-399) as amended; and All other Rules and Regulations adopted by the MPSC pursuant to said Mississippi Motor Carrier Regulatory Act of 1938 by Transportation Commission Order. Transportation Commission's authority is located in sect; 65-1-8(2)(c), et. seq. of the most current version of the Mississippi Code of 1972 Annotated as ammended. Rules adopted by the Mississippi Transportation Commission are recorded in Minute Book 10 Page 407 of the Official Minutes of the Mississippi Transportation Commission as amended.
