Section 37-1-6301-01001-209 - Sealed Container Permit - Blanket1. An owner/operator of a motor vehicle may apply to MDOT to purchase a Sealed Container Permit - Blanket, which is an annual permit that entitles the vehicle to haul sealed containers on the state-maintained highway system.2. The owner/operator must complete a separate application for a trip permit, to receive approval for a predetermined route for each load.3. All Sealed Container Permit - Blanket holders are authorized for seven (7) days per week and twenty-four (24) hours per day continuous movement on predesignated routes.
