All projects are authorized by fully executed agreements. It is the contractors' responsibility to be familiar with the terms and conditions of each agreement when the project is implemented. Agreements include the appropriate attachments and appendixes listed in Chapters VI, Part E and VII, Parts D-E of the most current version of the MDOT's State Management Plan for Federal Transit Administration Funded Transportation Programs (available though the Public Transit Division)
