All Section 5310 and 5311 projects will be required to submit information on project performance as well as expenditures and revenues to assist in the evaluation of the effectiveness and efficiency of the project. Such information shall be submitted in accordance with schedules and formats prescribed by the most recent version of the State Management Plan for Federal Transit Administration funded Transportation Programs and the most current administrative guidance issued by the Public Transit Division., but at least semi-annually.
