All requests for payment, including reimbursement requests, must be submitted through and signed by an authorized representative of the subrecipient contractor. Chapter VII, Parts F-I of the most current version of the MDOT's State Management Plan for Federal Transit Administration Funded Transportation Programs contains the approval requirements and specific procedures required of subrecipient contractors (available from MDOT's Public Transit Division).
