Chapter II, Parts E-F of the approved State Management Plan defines local match. Unless specifically authorized by DOT/FTA guidance or regulations, the eligible local match share for FTA projects must be from non-FTA sources. Local match can include local, state, unrestricted Federal funds, funds derived from purchase of service contracts or certain types of contributions.
