Application and project selection requirements for all other state and FTA funded projects or contracts will be incorporated in the application announcement and application instructions. Such requirements will be based on the moist current program guidance available from the U.S. Department of Transportation; the Federal Transit Administration and appropriate federal or state authorizing legislation or guidance.
