Airport owners will submit all applications for Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airport Improvement Program funds for airport planning, construction and development projects to the Aeronautics Division for Mississippi Transportation Commission approval pursuant to Section 61-1-33 of the Mississippi Code of 1972. Requests will be made on the application form or forms that are currently in use by the FAA at the time of the application submittal. Requests for state funds to supplement the local share of these projects will be included on the FAA application form or forms.
