Rule 36-201-3.1 - Application of Chapter

This Chapter sets forth the Mississippi Electronic Recording Commission's rules governing the form, content, and filing of requests for declaratory opinions, the procedural rights of persons in relation to the written requests, and the Mississippi Electronic Recording Commission's procedures regarding the disposition of requests as required by Mississippi Code § 25-43-2.103.
