Section 35-3-10-01-113 - Exemptions of Fiduciaries The personal exemptions allowed to fiduciaries are as follows:
1. Estates. In the case of an estate, a specific exemption of six hundred dollars ($600.00).2. Trusts. In the case of a trust which, under its governing instrument, is required to distribute all of its income currently, a specific exemption of three hundred dollars ($300.00).
